I\'m in good shape,

because I was a dancer. But,there are some things a home gym won\'t do as well. So, I just now joined a gym.

Anybody have interesting experiences (good OR bad) at that kind of meat market?

Thanks!

Don\'t let them talk

you into setting up automatic payments from your checking account !! Don\'t swim in the pool!! Don\'t waist

your money on wearing moens; you won\'t need them! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

What are moens?

Would one

of those things that a regular gym does better than a home gym is provide a lot of beefy, ripped studs for eye

candy? /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif

Precisely!

For, er.... \"daily protien intake.\" ;-)

I was wondering how other folks on this list did, in gyms, re:

I think the consensus

is that because you perspire while working out, mones may be overkill. Correct me if I am wrong, experts.

I

don\'t wear any when I work out. No need to. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif
Mones plus

spandex could cause a serious commotion.

Are gyms good

\"hunting grounds?\"

Kari, one important

tip you need to know about how to have a good workout....you must have some seriously sexy workout outfits. This of

course is just so your muscles are comfortable and you feel limber. Yeah...that\'s exactly the reason that it is

so important. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

The one time I

wore -mones to the gym, I didn\'t notice anything different from normal. Guys got on their knees in a semicircle

and started bowing when I walked in, the girl at the desk tried to give me money from the cash register, and a crowd

of men followed me from machine to machine as I worked out, just to keep some conversation rolling and the machines

all nice and clean for me. You know, the usual.

I *did* get a free sports drink afterward though, so maybe

-mones are worth it at the gym. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smirk.gif

nonscents

But seriously

folks . . . Every few months someone trots out the argument that (A.) \'mones don\'t do anything at a gym

because everyone is sweating so profusely already that the air is already saturated with \'mones.

Yet,

\"everyone\" also agrees that (B.) the \'mones we happily purchase from love-scent are thousands of times

stonger than those we produce naturally.

I know we\'re all here to have fun and let the truth be damned. But,

occasionally I need to have my fun and point out the apparent contradiction between (A.) and (B.). If my love-scent

\'mone is more powerful than a gym\'s worth of male strippers on treadmills, \"everyone\" would think that I

could get a few hits from the \'mones.

I understand why people make claim (A.). I go to the gym 5 days a week.

It\'s my big chance to experiment with the social effects of \'mone use without dangerous repercussions if I

mess up. Like most others, I haven\'t detected any real effects from the \'mones. But if the explanation is that

I am competing with other sweaty bodies, then I would have to answer that (B.) is false.

class=\"post\">

Not necessarily. Let\'s say for the sake of argument that working out increases the mone

output from 1 to 10 and that L-S mones increase the mone-output from 1 to 100. It is quite likely that the optimal

dosage of mones lies somewhere between 10 and 100.. If the optimal dosage is closer to 10, working out would be

better than applying synthetic mones. I think alot of times this is true...

Another important factor is that our

natural sweat contains all kinds of different mones, while the l-s products only have a few different pheromones.

Elana,

Speaking

of nonscents, when you go to the gym and workout in your favorite revealing outfit, can you please describe to me

where in that outfit the sweat starts saturating the fabric first. This is important research we\'re doing

here.

Thanks in advance.

I can only share a

guy\'s experiences. With none, women were a bit scared of me - it was difficult to chat. With A-1, I got many

more smiles and nods and conversations. Women were much more open and receptive. Of course, it was a family gym so

not really a pickup joint.

I\'d think a reasonably attractive woman wearing copulins in the gym would get a lot

of attention - maybe too much.
