YEP! Same here. This whole bulletin

board has been a pig. I\'d say that something big time happened when the BB server went down for that long period

of time. It\'s acting like the server is overloaded with files and the server is low on space. It also could be

that there is a misconfigured cgi script that could be bogging things down. Anyway, this isn\'t going to go away

by itself. Someone has to look into it.

I have a high speed cable

connection at home, and DSL, at work. This is the only site I had a problem with as far as speed goes. There

definitely was a problem. Nothing to do with the users connection.

I know there are 2 servers. What surpises me is that some

people could get on one server, while others could get on the other, some could access both and others couldn\'t

access either.

I\'m an IT technician and I setup local networks on private servers. I can tell you, if everyone

has a connection, everyone has access. I don\'t know how the above mentioned could happen. In my experience,

it\'s not possible. That\'s why I said, how is that possible?

I loaded the page fine just now. I

clicked the link that I posted.

the L-S forum has been really slugglish for me this past couple of days. I know

me and elana are in the states and franki is in europe so maybe his connection goes through a different series of

computers than it does for me and elana. i am not sure about everyone else.

And Y2K was not a bunch of crap.

There was a blockbuster somewhere that charged someone like 100 years worth of late charges because of it. That was

one expensive blockcuster night. Serious stuff.
