you could always try HGH. It\'s a product that enhances your immune system, and makes you feel yong again

Hopes this helps. btw i never tried this product yet, so i don\'t really know if it truly works.

Whey protein!

You can check www.bodybuilding.com (\"http://www.bodybuilding.com\") and look for some good whey protein, like 100% whey protein (from Optimum). This is specially for those who practise weightlifting.

IIRC, the amino acid L-Glutamine is purported to enhance immune system function. You can find info here: click me (\"http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/glutamine.html\")

There\'s been a lot of research into mushrooms (no, not those kind!) lately. Google some of these,

Agaricus blazei

Cordyceps sinensis

Grifola frondosa

Hericium rinaceus

Ganoderma lucidum

Polyporus umbellatus

Trametes versicolor

I\'m surprised that no one mentioned Echnicea root herb.

Exactly. Or MGN3--that is one of the most powerful ones. Or CoQ10...

There is also a great immune-boosting/regulating product called Immune 26. It\'s a powdered drink mix and quite effective.

My experience with synthetic hGH (I used the spray stuff for about six months) was iffy...got bad vibes from it and not sure I\'d use that particular brand again. But that\'s only my personal experience and, as Dzorro said, it might work for you...

Dr. ST mentioned using a homeopathic hGH supplement in a post awhile back as well.

Hello.
I\'ve been drinking Reishi tea (aka Ganoderma) for nearly two years now and it definately has boosted my immune system. I drank it on a regular basis last fall and winter and didn\'t get one cold and I usually get two during the fall/winter months. A friend of mine has also been taking it for her allergies and she said it helps quite a bit.

Here\'s where I get it from if you\'re interested - http://www.chinesenaturalherbs.com/herbsite/Teas2.htm (\"http://www.chinesenaturalherbs.com/herbsite/Teas2.htm\")

You may want to check here also - www.dragonherbs.com (\"http://www.dragonherbs.com\") and click on Products then Immune Boosting Programs. This site has more information on Chinese herbs than any other I\'ve seen so far.
Hope this helps /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif.

Yeah, it\'s good stuff. I\'ve been drinking their Green tea as well.

Thanks for the other link.
