It takes me a while to talk to a girl comfortably, you know, without having to think of what to say. And I want to be more outgoing, but I\'m not crazy enough to go to every good looking girl and say something. Yea Yea I know, its those confidence talks we\'ve had. Would WAGG help me be more comfortable around girls? What kind of effects does it have on other males? Hostility, respect, etc. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif
Prozac ... Valium ... maybe Weed ? /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif
The only thing to gain confidence is to face your problem. You just have to talk more to feel comfortable while talking /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif .. Easy huh ? I\'d try lot\'s of nol, because it will have this loosening effect on yourself.

Try just a little kava. It is a great relaxer in small doses and anxieties just seem to disappear.
WAGG also seems to reduce the tension from her side so that helps you lead her in conversation - something that most women will appreciate. They get nervous too and really like it when the man helps make them comfortable.

sedatives can take away any motivation to talk to someone too. that\'s why you need some stimulants too /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif just kidding.
besides kava, which i am not a huge fan of but has other f0ollowers, there is valerian, which is very relaxing and I use to sleep. however, it could make you to calm and lazy. there are a couple other calming herbs, yyou can look it up on the internet, i forgot their names. just look at tension/anxiety.

In low doses, kava is not very sedating at all. It\'s most noticable effect (at low dose) is directly on the anxiety centers of the brain. That\'s why I recommend it over the others. It also helps to that the edge off yohimbe which can make one uncomfortably nervous.
Kava, again at low doses, doesn\'t seem to potentiate alcohol although one should always be mindful of the possibility.

when you say low doses, you mean whatever is recommended on the back of the bottle/tincture correct?
Have you ever tried Arizona Ice tea\'s Stress tea? That has a lot of the stress herbs in it and really helps when work gets stressful.

Some rope and chlorophorm are your friends ... no more small talk.

In my experience, WAGG mainly works on women, but does have a little \'friendly\' vibe with men too.
The effect on women is big, on men smaller. At least that\'s what I find.
Good luck!

Just my two cents...I\'ve been
using Kava for years and the best I\'ve found is at www.kavaking.com (\"http://www.kavaking.com\") .
It\'s just the actual root ground to a fine powder, you mix it with cold water and drink, works great, can\'t go
wrong for $12.99.
When I was coming down off my STANK
the other day I had bad anxiety. I mean it was really bad. I managed to score some black tar heroin. Everything\'s
cool now. I don\'t feel like talking much though. Hope that helps.

I did read on a web site that it
can be bad if you take too much, bad for your skin and other symtoms
yeah it does have side effects like
so many substances. What are you hoping for by using it? Might be a good idea to do some checking up on this one
before you take it just to be safe /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif I did read up on it once but I
can´t remember all the details right now.

Oh. I´ve something which I believe
in english is known as St. Johns wort (???)
I has a calming and relaxing effect without making you go to sleep
and is said not to have the side effects that kava for instance does and can be taken over a longer period of time
without addiction risk. You won´t need a high mg dose either /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

I know, it´s primarily advertsised
as an anti-depressant but don´t let that put you off! To have that anti-depressant effect you need to take lots over
a period of time I presume, someone I knew was prescibed it and was told it´ll take a while to kick in.
I do hope
that it´s the same thing, damn I wished I knew for sure but namewise it makes sense and it really does sound the
same for purpose etc! I´m sure it is the same.
I first checked it out in a drugstore or supermarket in the
health section. The description on those packs were -dealing with stress, nervousnes etc. And it ahouldn´t take
long to take effect either /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif
