Hey ... this is goin\' to become a subculture of LS /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif ....

Ok, here we go ...
Some of us are constantly tryin\' to find ways to maintain harder errections over a longer time period without using stuff like viagra. There have been many different approaches so far and I\'d like to discuss a few with you ....

Things that have been proven to be effective to some degree ...

PC Exercises
L-Arginine supp
Muira Puama supp
Korean Ginseng supp
ZMA supp
Chrysin supp
Maca supp (doesn\'t do much for your errection but increases spermload)
Yohimbe supp
DHEA and Prohormones/Prosteroids

My own experiences so far ...

PC Exercises
This is awesome, everybody that has real problems with his errection should do this. I had to quit it really soon because I always woke up the next day with a huge hardon that didn\'t go away until at least 45 minutes have passed.

L-Arginine
This gave me an almost insane boost of sexual energy after 10 days. I had spontaneous errections all day long. I am quite happy that it\'s more balanced now and that I am only benefiting from it\'s power if I want to.

Muira Puama
I used a batch of a potent root in the past and it worked well, but I had not much luck with supplements containing Muira Puama first. I continued my search and found a product called MP3000 recently, it contains 300mg of a 12:1 extract that equals 3.6 grams of fine Muira Puama. This is bad stuff .. only use it if you really want to get into serious action. I tested it yesterday (no Elana, unfortunately with the \"wrong\" girl) and the poor victim is still suffering. That\'s actually the reason why I started this topic. A batch of potent root will serve very well too, but it\'s hard to get your hands on it.

Korean Ginseng
No luck with supps, haven\'t had the chance to test a tea.

ZMA&Chrysin
Both are used to boost testosterone levels. Chrysin by preventing the conversion and ZMA by boosting the production itself. Some people claim that Chrysin is not effective, but it worked well for me. I started with Chrysin about a year ago (was my first attempt) and I had a noticeable yet not dramatic result.

Maca
Self explanatory, it does what it\'s supposed to do. Might be really handy for people having problems with fertility.

Yohimbe
Wanna pop in Whitehall ?

DHEA/Prohormones -steroids
They are directly influencing the level of effective androgens. I wouldn\'t advice messing around with them, but they work at least /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif.

Yes indeed, yohimbe and yohimbine will put the lead in your pencil.

I\'ve posted various methods, recipes, formulae, etc in the past and continue to enjoy the stuff.

The downside is that Yo can get uncomfortable in larger doses; the pure alkaloid yohimine is preferred but the raw herb has some interesting \"voodoo\" effects of it\'s own. A big portion of a strong potion of Yo, correctly made, is a psychadelic trip with a woody.

At least at first, even for moderate doses (5 to 10 mg) expect some anxiety and nervousness. But hey, it\'s worth it!
