View Full Version : Silent Wendy (Amouage) comes through

Requested samples of amouage a couple weeks ago, and received no response. I keep forgetting to write again. But today my amouage buffet arrived.
If AE:APC:PCC is the total package in my case, what can I expect from AE:APC:PCC:AMooooouuuuuuuage? My ex must be trembling in fear /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

don\'t expect that much. it only helps slightly because it is 100percent oils which adds staying power.

Maybe he means that amouage is really only useful as a cover-up and that it\'s oil properties make it great for trapping the mones. Just a guess, me don\'t know.

On to the flavors:
- Gold/m: Love it directly after application. Smells somewhat like baby powder. After that it\'s smell changes back and forth, but I like the final stabalized smell. It\'s kinda like old spice.

- Dia/m: Not bad when the smell is tamed by time, but it\'s a very cologney smell.

- Silver/m: Horrendous, don\'t like it at all.

- Gold/w: Didn\'t like it either.

- The rest: sorry, I ran out of body parts for testing :P

By the way, if anyone is interested in a classy, natural version of a classic spice cologne, Royall Spice is very worth trying. It\'s made in Bermuda from the classic recipe. It\'s what Old Spice wishes it was. It\'s like $30 a bottle, which is good. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cool.gif

My Amouage got ripped off, /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif so that\'s one of the things I\'ve been wearing a lot. Classic, no nonsense male smell, based on bay/carnation.

Don\'t tell me you allowed Amouage to fall into the hands of unworthy people! May the force be with you Obiwansmellthis, challenge the dark side and get the juice back. I\'ll phone you for exit before the Vampires arrive, just watch out for Borg Cubes around Bab5. You might take Seinfeld with you though he is married with children. I think I am able to send the Dwarven Army together with some Ents too.
