Those Crest Whitening Strips look good ... you can wear them half an hour at a time and get a good result, apparently. (To and from work, while in the car?)

This dentist says that all the sytems commercially available will ruin your enamel because they are not PH balanced. They will make your enamel porous.

I use his toothpaste and breath freshiner products and they are incredible. I have not tried his whitener yet, but his breath products have lived up to their promise.
