I am very sceptical of anything coming from Sisco or Little. They put out a new flavor every few years. I tried their Static Contraction Training a couple of years ago when that was their program to end all programs. A couple of months into the program I had the only serious injury I\'ve ever received while lifting. I got a pinched nerve in my neck with numbness in my fingers. It put me out of commission for months. Before that they had Power Factor Training. The same pictures in the Static Contraction book were in the Power Factor book. It\'s hard to take these guys seriously. The models in their books are totally juiced.

If you want a routine which I haven\'t yet tried, but seems to be giving trainees excellent results and is free, check out

Hypertrophy Specific Training (\"http://www.hypertrophy-specific.com/hst_index.html\")

I myself have been happy with my results following Stuart McReynolds\' Hardgainer series of books. There is a real wealth of information in Beyond Brawn. He also has a book on exercise form that is unparalleled, with a silly title like Insider\'s Tell-All . . . For more info:
