How much edge should i wear so it really works?

Hi everyone
I am sort of new with pheros and i was wondering how much edge should i wear in one application and which areas of body is most effective. help me out experts

Whatsup,

Go with a single (i.e. 1 spray) to start with. Try a spray to your lower neck (skin) shirt area (cloth). Start small then build up. Experimnent a bit.
