A problem i have with paypal

Ok i live in australia and ive linked up my visa debit card through paypal, now what the problem is is that i have tried to pay for something on another website (unrelated to pheromones) and they only use paypal as their payment server, but paypal wont allow funds transfer from non-US bank accounts into paypal from my debit account.
They dont offer any other credit/debit processing facility so any ideas on how i can pay (dont want to have to send a money order either) because every time i try it denies my payment.

If you have a debit card with a major credit card logo on it (Visa etc), you should be able to order online like you would with an ordinary credit card.
