Now the d*ck on the forum is PMing, currently as \" Bruce_ \".

Someone slap him.

If your reading this, you\'re so sad, and you have no hope of ever being happy, you understand?

I got the email as well. I banned the guy immediately.

If anybody else gets such emails, please alert us ASAP.

Can we get an IP on him?

Bruce may be able to at his end. I can\'t from here.

That might be some incentive to PISS OFF, I\'m sure there are a few people on here who could have some fun...

I could think of one or two creative files to load to his machine.

His main IP address, the one he used to post all his original barrage of messages a few days ago is:
216.72.155.74
After we outlawed the use of that IP the following day he used:
208.231.174.104
The top one comes from an IP in S. America. The other one I can\'t tell.

What can you do with that info?

Bruce

I can\'t send PM\'s at all right now. Have they been turned off for everyone? Just wondering.

Yes.

The second IP is from the US, somewhere not far from St. Louis.
The first one was a fake address, there is a proxy on that machine ( ce500.supercable.net.ve) on port 8080.

I\'ll see.

Guys, we all know what to do about the PM\'s, yeah?

I know what the maximum possible is, it\'s possible to kill his hard drive, remotely. And if its really malicious, ruin any social contacts by hijacking email addresses, and other password related things.

If people choose to act, his machine could be quite dead.

The second IP goes to a mail router for an ISP (marco.router.connectria.com). He\'s obviously using faked IP\'s.

I thought he would, but there are ways to track that...

The best thing is to get the police involved and get the guy behind bars. I know who this guy is now. I have his name and address. If I can get a positive connection between him, the order he originally placed and the IP addresses used for the attacks, we should be able to put the guy in the slammer where he belongs. I have the IP he used to place his order.

Did he use an ISP email address? If he did, you can contact them.

Would be pretty stupid if that guy used that. I wonder what Bruce / Police can do about this guy. I am not sure what exactly he did, but I guess it wouldn\'t be easy to do something against it in a legal way.

Wonderful!

Bruce

I took screen shots of all his \"art work\" in the first attack, all clearly showing the offending IP address. If we can connect that to him somehow we\'ll have him.

Yes, but is it a crime to insult people?

Yes, but not one that police and justice care about too much, I would think ....

Just my 2 cents,

It\'s defamatory. It\'s bad for Bruce\'s business.

Doesn\'t do too much for those of us who try to keep cuddly reputations, either ... /ubbthreads/images/icons/smile.gif

Actually I didn\'t even know about the PM thing. I felt kinda silly having to release a post by J Kohl! Cuddles
