which SOE?

the gel or the roll on? I\'ll probably get some NPA to mix it with too. Advantages or disadvantages to either one?

The roll-on bottle is more sensible if you\'re going to use SOE long-term. However, if you\'ve never tried SOE the gel is a convenient and cheap way of testing if it works for you.

And as regards NPA, a little NPA (2 dabs or so) works very well with SOE.

SOE almost allways works, but sometimes it is better to use gel. This depends of application. To make a mix is better to use roll, to wear SOE in warm places sometimes better with gel. Hear- gel. Chest- roll-on. And so on.
