Well thats it takes the cake, the mind to implement all of the above so we shall call it frankis 5 M theroy from now on to help newbies with a life overall to attract women.

It will take me another 30 years, to get this 4 ingredients, and than I will not need them, because I will be allredy 60 y.old.
