what are the best ways to clean out resduail mones and scent froma vial/atomizer? water doesn\'t seem to do the trick.....

whats the best thing to get it out off clothing without damaging the material ? Washing doesn\'t do the trick too well ...it gets rid of some...but even twice washing doesnt get it out of w00L
