There\'s a girl i\'ve known for a while (she\'s like a 9 or 10) I went over to her place and we hanged out for a while I actually had to sit pretty distance away from her on the coach for I wouldnt breathe in the fumes, she looks really healthy and beautiful but her breath is just so bad, I tried slipping her an Altoid (I took one then asked her if she wanted one) but she declined.

She kept sitting closer to me until I was stuck at the edge of the coach I felt her breasts rub against me and a few moments later she leaned in for a kiss. I backed way and she got pretty hurt I explained that I like taking my time in relationships and that I only share the intimacy of a kiss with someone i\'ve known for a while. But the real problem was her breath, can anyone help me out I would of made the move a long time ago but her breath is just so bad I can\'t get myself to do it.

This ones easy, ask her again, but this time smile. =) She should get the hint, maybe say in a soft voice, \"Are you sure you don\'t want one?\" <smile>

Will she be a little put off? Yep, but at the same token, she\'ll appreciate your discretion.

If she asks you, \"Do I have bad breath?\" After your second question, do not answer her, just hand her the mint & change the topic a.s.a.p.

Hopefully this was just a fluke and she had a bit too much garlic that day. /ubbthreads/images/icons/smile.gif I would hate to think it was a real medical problem, but it very well could be. An old employer of mine had horrible chronic bad breathe. It was a nightmare to have to stand within a few feet from him.

What the!!!! /ubbthreads/images/icons/shocked.gif Just tell her! /ubbthreads/images/icons/crazy.gif Say, \"Excuse Sexxxy, you\'re looking good, but either there\'s something dead in your mouth, or you\'ve been eating the salad you\'ve been tossing!!\" Smile and say, \" Have a mint! or two!!\" Don\'t hint!

OR....You could be cool, and talk to her with your hand over your nose like you\'re rubbing your mustache.

If it\'s kickin.....punch her in the nose! /ubbthreads/images/icons/smile.gif What\'s it gonna be!? Are you gonna let the breath kill of the beauty, or are you gonna get you a Mark-5 gas mask and live happily everafter? You\'d have your own personal bodyguard! /ubbthreads/images/icons/wink.gif

persistent bad breath is an indication of something biologically. Look on the internet on the causes of chronic bad breath. Maybe somethign isn\'t worrking, and there is a food or herb she can take. Maybe she has a shortage of some mineral or overabundance of some blah. Anyway, once you find all the causes, talk to her about her diet, alternative health etc. Look for a group of symptoms that would be consistent with with the malfunction.

You can ask here questions, etc. Health and alternaitve medices and interesting to begin with. Once you think you have found some solutions, tell her you want to get into that stuff with her. You two can try the same stuff, etc, and see if the bad breath goes away. If not, move onto the next thing.

It is not like she is paralizyed she can me cured. And, you won\';t be hurting her feelings, and maybe the whole thing will draw you to closer. She will feel you care about her health and you guys are kinda like partners to. Just use your \"slow stuff\" crap if she wants to take it to the next level. If you get her the right help, you can. If i knew some tips, i would give you. But, remember, just keep looking on the internet on google and be smart in your searches. i.e.\" causes\" \"i have bad breath, dear doctor\" \"bad breath what can be done\' \"causes, chronic, etc etc

To see a beautiful woman\'s mouth go to waste is a terrible thing

\"To see a beautiful woman\'s mouth go to waste is a terrible thing\"

Now, that\'s profound.

It\'s usually cavities. Start talking about the dentist. Bet she hasn\'t been in awhile.

lol...ah, you know i am not sure it is a hygene issue.

Some women smell down there because they wash too much, killing a lot of the good bacteria and messing up the good bacter/bad bacteria relationship. they cancel each other out- bad smell means more bad bacteria.

Take (pronounced, not spelled) ASADOFOLIS for those problems, btw

I guess i\'ll gather my guts and tell her breath is really bad but it wont be easy, actually her teeth are fine they\'re pearly white so I don\'t know what can be the cause. I just don\'t feel like going through all that trouble to get her \"fixed\" when something might not even happen between us...

lol. realize that even after you tell her, she is still probably going to have bad breath. I mean, do you really want her gum chewing 24/7 that is not practical

look, you may lose her, BUT, at that age it sure sounds like she needs to see a dentist and you\'d be doing her a injustice not telling her just to keep from hurting her feeling now. Later might be really bad for her and in time she ought to realize what you did and it just might pay off when she\'s old enough to \'give\' you some..get my drift?

I had to tell a girl she had bad breath.

I waited till I had her by herself and said:
\"Have you been eating different lately? The past few times I\'ve seen you your breath hasn\'t been as nice. I haven\'t been game to tell you.\"
Tried not to say it smelt. Just wanted to give her a clue that she should have it in mind. (And it was more than the past few times too,but she didn\'t need to know that! lol )

She was a little dissapointed, but talked about it without getting angry with me. Turns out she already thought it might have been but didn\'t know what was causing it. Was cleaning her teeth and things really well etc.

Bad breath can be serious. Pardon, those who\'ve heard this before, but ... my husband was diabetic. You could smell on his breath when his sugar was high. It smelled like rotten eggs. It\'s worth saying something to her about for the sake of her health, as a friend.

Those things don\'t always go as badly as you fear. I met a guy once and then wouldn\'t see him again and he kept pressing for an answer and I told him, because you\'ve got BO, and I mean, whew, did he ever ... he thought because it was winter, he didn\'t need deodorant. He took his sweater off and my eyes watered. Anyway. He was fine with that. Oh, ok, I can correct that. It wasn\'t a problem.

Hi All,

Brushes, flosses, mouthwashes . . . and still has bad breath . . . hmm . . . ? How about using a tounge scrapper? A lot of gunk gets stuck there, especially in the back areas of the tounge. Been using one for about two months now. It works really well along with a spray that I\'m using called, \"Breath Remedy\".

Not that my breath was bad to begin with . . . /ubbthreads/images/icons/blush.gif . . . ahem . . . .

True. That or the breath strips are good for an emergency breath refreshen. To remedy the problem significantly, using a tounge scrapper is the best IMHO.

Ask her if she\'s got the zacklies -- that\'s where yer mouth smell zacklie like yer ass.

Seriously, tell her you\'ve been thinking about her a lot, but are concerned about her health, because her breath smells like her body might going through something. Bad breath can be indicative of candida, overgrowth of toxic bacteria, viruses, and other digestive or elimenative disorders. She needs to have all that evaluated by experts, such as a nutritionist, naturopath and an internist MD. Some type of detox is probably necessary, such as an anti candida program.

I actually had the chance to talk to her about it, she was\'nt angered by it but she was mad at me because I did\'nt tell her before (she feels really embarrassed about it), she called me up the other day and told me that she got an appointment with a specialist to get that checked out (can\'t wait /ubbthreads/images/icons/smile.gif ), i\'ll probably hook up with her thereafter and keep ya\'ll informed if anything happens.

Thats good news!

I was about to say (before i realised that this thread was done anyway) that using a proper anti-bac mouthwash is very good. I used one because of a sore throat, and I haven\'t had bad breath since! Not even morning breath, no sir! /ubbthreads/images/icons/tongue.gif

I\'ve been doing the tongue scraping trick mentioned by SwingerMD for a few years and it\'s been good ever since. A lot of bacteria get\'s goin at the back there if you don\'t watch it.

Hey Elana!

This is getting pretty weird. first I posted a recipe for Mojitos after you did, then I referenced this site http://maddox.xmission.com/ (\"http://maddox.xmission.com/\") soon after you did, now you are recomending TheraBreath about 2 weeks after I purchased one of their kits.
