I don\'t have any cologne. What do you think is the best one, that gets the best response out of women.

not sure anyone can answer that for you as each persons chemistry is diff ,and that diff means a diff reaction. you\'d be better off going to a mall and trying them yourself and seeing which one smells nice and doesn\'t turn rancid of you.

Very true. But while you\'re looking, you might check out some older threads on this forum about colognes.
Personally, I\'m a fan of Cool Water, Curve, and Aqua di Gio. In fact, a couple weeks ago, a friend and I followed a rather delicious smell into a crowd of people to find the man wearing it. Turns out he had on Aqua di Gio. /ubbthreads/images/icons/smile.gif

Good plan. Any suggestions though?

There\'s a top 10 colognes thread, and there are some on the list I don\'t know by name. Might know them by scent though. Just go to the men\'s counter at your local dept. store and sniff away. Just keep the coffee beans handy, and take something for your headache you\'ll have when you leave. lol
It helps to take a friend along too, for a second opinion. The folks behind the counter just want you to buy something. I\'m not too sure they can smell them very well anymore either, since they spend so much time around them. lol

Quite a number of people here really like \"Le Male.\" I believe there was a thread on it some time ago...

Ooh, that is a good one. Went on a trip a while back with a friend who wears Angel for men. We were in a conservatory looking at plants, and half the time I thought I smelled something really good, it ended up being his neck. lol

If only the fragrance of SoE were available as an EDT /ubbthreads/images/icons/smile.gif That would SELL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Colognes seem to me to break into two classes: natural and synthetic. Some are combinations but one type of ingredient usually predominates.

You\'ll have more problems with headaches and negative reactions with the synthetic type. They won\'t smell as complex nor are as likely to last as long.

The older labels tend to be more natural and to be \"classier\"; the newer, \"hot\" scents are based on something new from the lab so are synthetic. With the new ones, people tend to ask \"What is that smell?\"

That said, I\'m devoted to the Creed line of fragrances and maybe Eau Sauvge or Hermes.

I think it\'s cool to have your own fragrance, not necessarily a popular one. Pick one that smells good on you (do you know that they aren\'t the same on everyone?), or mix a couple of light ones to make your own. Azzaro is an old, timeless scent. Anything by Creed, except Irish Tweed, is good.

I\'ve gotten a lot of good responses with Angel for men. i.e. - girls saying they just want to eat me. /ubbthreads/images/icons/wink.gif Love that smell!

Others that I like - LeMale, Pour Homme for men by Givenchy, and Joop Homme.

Currently I use BelAmi by Hermes, a great Russian leather cologne from the early 20th century, when I\'m not using my own mixes or something really underground (which is most of the time /ubbthreads/images/icons/smile.gif)

I wore Angel Men on Valentines day ( and for a few days/nights after /ubbthreads/images/icons/wink.gif

This Valentine\'s Day ( Night! )
encounter and the BLIZZARD/flood are some of the reasons I have not been visiting here LOL

One particular woman sniffed the air and said \"Hmm! Something here smells SO much like Valentine\'s Day! Yummy!\"
Then she leaned over and kissed me.

I was also wearing some AE, REALM Men/TE and 3 drops of my EW mix with Baby Powder covering.

( Le Male and Aqua di Gio, and Issy Miake
and Dolce & Gabbana and REALM Men have gotten me the most compliments since
the olden days when I wore Drakar spiked with some LURE or Andron )

Icemone,
You seem like someone I can ask then. Did you ever get comments on the Lure fragrance? I was thinking of spiking Lure with some other \'mones. There\'s noone (females) around I can get a (reasonable) comment from at the minute on Lure. I never thought to ask anyone when I was using it.

problem with cologne is that it is expensive as phermones. i\'d rather spend my $ on mones if i am going to be spending 40 bucks

Angel /m is kind of also on the high side of the price scale. (up to around $50)

You can do much better buying on Ebay... I buy all my colognes through it.

A*Men is worth every penny.. If you want something that they\'ll remember, you want A*Men.

I second that about it being worth every penny camusflage.

I usually go to fragrancenow.com for all my cologne orders. They seem to have fairly good prices too. (they definately beat the mall prices for stuff!)

hi bundyburger,

I wore a few dabs of LURE again two nights ago along with a few dabs of the Edge. ( NOL and None )

Hanging out at a Donut shop, drinking my coffee, eating donuts and
reading \"Jack Finney\'s,\" Invasion of The Body Snatchers\"

Got some attention from a series of jailbait cutties.
The place is big and was practically empty which is why I was there reading
and yet a group of 3 then 2 and then 4 girls ( around 15-16 )
kept coming into the shop and \"strutting\" past me and over to MY table Ha ha
Of course ignoring them just made them MORE blatant.

LURE has a VERY Strong scent
nice and exotic yet a bit overpowering easy to OD on.
The good thing is it is a bargain and the scent lasts and lasts.

It was one of the first pheromones I ever got and a few years ago, while getting my haircut,
this sexy older married woman commented on the spicy, musky scent and how
she loves spicy things...can\'t get enough----looking into my eyes through the mirror\'s reflection and winking /ubbthreads/images/icons/wink.gif

Then she was sniffing me and gave me a back rub along with the haircut.

( her husband walked in to drive her home from work LOL That was a cool \"hit\" yet he wasn\'t too pleased )

P.s. Asking women/people how they like your cologne is a GREAT way to get feedback-----just make sure you
also WATCH their responses.
They might SAY they like it, while wrinkling their noses and fighting back their gag reflex.
So pay attention and have fun playing and \"luring\" in the ones you want.
