Yes, things are coming along nicely. We got a little disappointed for a moment there with the low fly-in turnout, but we after some long phone conversations, we have formulated a new plan. Phil, I, and hopefully James will be spending quite a bit of time in Laughlin hanging out with any and all forum members who can make it, but the actual Pherocon 2003 will happen in Vegas on Saturday afternoon, March 22nd. This will be an advertised public program which will cost $20. (forum members admitted free). This program will consist of short presentations by me and Phil and hopefully James; then informal presentations, free samples, new product testing etc etc.

Then back to Laughlin for more vacationing.

There is a very generous gentleman in Vegas donating a lot of time to setting everything up. The Vegas portion of the program (the actual conference) will be public, well-advertised and hopefully well-attended. It will happen Saturday afternoon, March 22nd.

Accomodations will be at the Flamingo Hotel in Laughlin, NV. See:

Rooms are $39. for Friday night and $49. for Saturday. Sundays and weekdays are only $25./night if you want to stay longer. The conference in Vegas is $20. but free for forum members.
