i\'ve never worried about those much so cant help ya personally there, i always got them chatty and rest was easy for me anyways. i\'m not one who really ever needed -mones to get layed, been dating women 24-28 last 4 yrs(and getting layed regularly) and used -mones only the last 6 months...
