Okay here\'s the scenario - I think it might make a good test case.
I picked up a bottle of Realm for Men today, I\'ve been lurking the boards earlier today just checking things out. After putting 3 sprays on my neck, I went out to a local bar with my roommate tonight. He starts working these two girls at the bar & I walk away, I\'m shy & I just had my hair colored a few days ago. To elaborate, my hair is naturally dirty blonde & when I went to get it colored (fully not highlited) they gave me a mens portfolio filled mostly with brunette men, I found a man with curly dark golden hair - the closest to what I wanted so I said I wanted that but lighter. Now remember this is X-mas eve, they pretty much bleach my hair totally white with some yellow highlites or at least that\'s how it looked to me, I thought it was way too light, I\'m mostly Irish with pink skin & I did not think it looked good. Anyway to make a long story a little longer the girl that cut my hair had bleached blonde (white) hair & kept complimenting me on how good it looks - I knew it was sales pitch b.s., but I went along with it, I noticed he didn\'t do my eyebrows but I wanted reactions from my friends to see if I\'d keep it.
Anyway back to my story - so after playing a game of pool, I go back to my roommate who is still with these chicks, they are good looking, but nothing special (I have pretty high standards) - I start talking to the brunette & he took the blonde, the brunette was the cuter of the two, I was pretty close to the brunette & I figured she could get a good wiff of the Realm, but anyway she keeps touching me on my arm, shoulders, legs etc... So I figured she must be a touchy feely kind of girl, then later in the night her & her friend say, \"You\'re not a natural blonde are you?\" Because my hair is stark white & my eyebrows are dirty blonde. I said no, my hair is more like your friend\'s - I tell them the whole story of getting it colored & that I\'m not too thrilled about what they did, then asked them what they recommend I do? The brunette said I should shave my head, it would look good on me, you are muscular & it would go well. I was a little more hesitant & insecure & said nah, I\'ve got a big head it wouldn\'t look good (I realize this is not the smart thing to say - but remember I was not totally digging these girls, it was more of a test case regarding my new hair color & the fact that I was trying out the Realm).
Anyway, the girls end up leaving & we leave it with them on simple terms, the brunette lived in Hoboken (where we are from) & said she hangs out at Hobson\'s every Thursday with her roommate, the girl with her was a friend from San Diego that just happened to be in town. When me & my roommate get back to our apartment, I started asking him about the brunette (who he was crazy about) & I asked him if she was touchy feely with him too, and he said, \"No.\" I asked him did she even touch you once? And again, he said, \"No.\"
I just have a hard time believing if the brunette and her blonde friend were turned off by my obnoxious hair color why would the brunette keep making physical contact, about once every 20 seconds or so. I would like to think it was the Realm cologne I was wearing, maybe it was a coincidence, I guess I won\'t find out until I get the AE I ordered...
Anyway just wanted to share this story, not a total sucess, I\'ll definitely post again after next Thursday if I run into her again & get my hair fixed. I thought this \"case\" was unique in that her & her friend had an obvious physical \'negative\' against me regarding my hair color (I don\'t blame them) & yet the physical contact was still there, I guess it\'s a promising introduction to pheromones.
