Musk W/ -nol

What do you do with the Musk W/ Nol essential oil thing? Is it to be worn alone? If so how much? Is there an OD limit? Thanks!

I\'ve never used the stuff, but there\'s no OD risk like when you\'re using a -none product; since its a -nol product. The only OD risk would be a fragrance OD risk. Some of the SPO\'s I\'ve received are pretty strong; fragrance wise.

You can wear it alone or mixed. Like with JB#2; 7 parts SPMO and 3 parts NPA. Check out the cookbook for how much JB#2 to wear. As for how much SPMO to wear by itself, I couldn\'t tell ya since I havn\'t used it.
