Women on birth control and pheromones.

What do yall think about the effectiveness of pheromones on women who are on birth control? I have read a few places that what birth control does is basically used hormones to trick their body into thinking it is pregnent, therefore causing it to not release an egg during ovulation. Now, I have also read that pheromones can have a negative effect on pregnent women. So, wouldn\'t it be a bad idea to use pheromones around a girl who was on the pill?
