How much cop. is in primal for women?? Is it super concentrated cop or light? If it is light I don\'t mind, but I don\'t want guys hittin on me. I know it is a nol heavy product -- which I plan to mix with CS.

Bruce has recommended it for men and indicated the amount of copulins is negligible, and that for the money, it\'s your best source of -nol.

FTR and druid,

I\'ll agree that the Copulin content of PI/w isn\'t much of an issue, but I think that the carrier oil used in PI/w might be.

Assuming that druid meant Cool Scent (and not Chem Set) by the \"CS\" , I decided to do a little experiment with PI/w and an off the shelf cologne.

I used a sample tube of Royal Copenhagen which has a blue coloring.
Adding 4 drops of PI/w I noted that the PI just floated on top of the cologne.
After shaking the tube vigorously the formerly transparent blue cologne became cloudy.
After about 10 minutes I inverted the tube and saw that globules of PI/w were rising to the top of the tube, having separated in the interim.

If the mixability of your Nol source is important to you, I\'d recommend the Chem Set Nol over PI/w. Economically it\'s not as good a deal, but personally I believe it\'s worth the extra cost to insure homogenous mixes.

What about using one drop of soap to form an emulsion?

What about just mixing on your body?

FTR,

I\'m apprehensive about using soap in a fragrance mix. Besides how it may impact the scent, I\'d worry that it might irritate my skin. There are commercially available perfumers\' surfactants available though, and I think that one of these might be a better idea.

There\'s surfactant listed on this site under the heading \"Carrier Oils, Floral Waters and Perfumers\' Alcohol Base\":
http://www.fragrancesupplies.com/ (\"http://www.fragrancesupplies.com/\")

There\'s loads of good stuff on this site, especially the chart that spells out the oil, water, and alcohol contents of the various grades of fragrance products: perfume, eau de toilette, aftershave, etc. But sometimes that page is hard to access.

The quote below the table is especially interesting for those who tend to \"over-do\" fragrance application.
