I have the ZMA supplement (discussed in its own thread in this forum) to have a similar effect taken before bed. It contains vitamin B6.

now i\'m no expert but have had to adjust my intake in life to help my health some, did this with a multi+supp diet..take a look at mega man vits from GNC\'s web site, now we all know ladies need calciam to prevent some probs later in life, well, ginseng,oat straw, saw palmetto,and some related others promote proper prostate/libido health, a great side effect is a increased sex drive.
(Ladies they have a womans formula from GNC as well thats balanced for ladies instead). i\'m not affilated to gnc in any ways:)

BTW, in a more related subject...yohimbe is a herb reputed to increase blood flow in and restrict blood flow out so apply that to..well..if ya can\'t figure that 1..i\'ll not explain:)
