so, maybe the \"cat piss smell\" is the smell of pheros?

what i meant was that something in his body chemistry must have changed. something which produced the smell. im not too strong in biology (i ought ask a friend) but hormones and pheromones are my first idea...

also it makes me wonder about female cats

The connection is to testosterone, produced from the poor fellow\'s now non-existent gonads. It is the testosterone
that metabolizes to masculine pheromones in male mammals. Testosterone increase=more masculine pheromones; testosterone decrease=less masculine pheromones (as with aging or disease, for example). BTW, I wrote a book about this.
