Is it possible to rub too much? I have heard before that rubbing your wrist together to much when applying colonge can ruin it?

Is the same true for mones? If you put some on your wrist and then rub too much, will the mones be less effective? Last less time? Better to just apply and let settle itself?

I think rubbing is usefull just to spread it but there\'s no point in over rubbing it.

I don\'t think that pheromones are as sensitive to heat and friction as some of the ingredients of a fine cologne or perfume. Therefore, a little rubbing should be OK. I regularly apply AE or SPMO to the inside wrists and rub a bit and I\'ve seen no ill effects but little point. The added fragrances in most of our products are pretty rugged too.
