hi, Im a newbie here, Im thinking about getting TE, however the product come in two choices, the scented and the unscented
which one is a better product? does the scented product smell good and could cover \"the cat piss\" smell?
how about TE unscented mixed with Armania, would it cover better without sacrificing the effectiveness of the product?
thanks

Go with the unscented one. It allows much more flexibility, as you can choose your own cover scent. The Sandalwood smell in the scented version isn\'t able to cover the ingredients, so you would still need to use a cover scent even with the scented one.

I you have SOE (if not: really recommended must-have product) you can mix them at a 7:1 SOE/TE ratio. If using cologne, lower the amount of cologne (the cologne has no pheros, the SOE does, so...) to around 3:1 (add more or less cologne depending on your results).

Apply to pulse points, neck, behind ears. Best is using 4 dabs DDLITE (SOE+TE). If using a spray bottle... I dunno. I don\'t know how many sprays one dab is, or vice-versa. Someone else who knows this?

Yeah, I was gonna ask that today. I really would love to know this details. I don\'t know how to use DD Lite, and I think i OD it today or something, lol.

From my experiences, 4 dabs is quite the right amount.

How much did you use, krtel?

I sorta used like 6 dabs + 1 spray. Ahhhhh, dammit, lol. The reason i did that is because I really couldn\'t smell much SoE into what I sprayed. It had a \"scentless\" smell. Maybe my sense of smell was numb.

If you are thinking about a good starting product go with the unscented version to start with., mix it up with armania if you want. As far as extra colonge unless you use way to much it will have zero effect on the actual pheromones themselves. Good luck.

The problem is defining a dab. I think the old wisdom was 0.01 to 0.02 ml. They are perniciously hard to measure. At my house sprays run between 0.10 and 0.15 ml - that\'s between 65 to 100 sprays per 10 ml. The \"Bruce-supplied\" sprayers tend to run closer to 65, the sprayers on Andro 4.2 and Attraction, closer to 100.

So if you take the ends of the spectrum, ya get:
0.10 / 0.02 = 5 and 0.15 / 0.01 = 15.

So there are somewhere between 5 and 15 dabs in a spray, depending on who\'s doing the dabbin\' and who\'s doing the sprayin\'. Doesn\'t help much, does it?

THat should probably be incorparate into the cookbook and also the pheromone calculator. I guess with a genearlly agreed framework would be acceptable.

Whoops. Major error.

I didn\'t quite believe that I remembered the 10 sprays per ml on Andro 4.2 / Attraction correctly, so I filled an empty Andro 4.2 bottle with isoprop alcohol and sprayed out the entire thing.

30 ml alcohol gave 127 sprays. That works out to 0.24 ml per spray, not 0.10. Hey, I was only off by a factor of two and a half... I do hope no one did anything interesting with these numbers before I got them fixed. Talk about OD-City...

So let\'s revise the dabs/spray:
If sprays run 0.15 - 0.24 ml, and we take the ends of the spectrum, we have:
0.15 / 0.02 = 7.5 and 0.24 / 0.01 = 24.

Which leaves us with a revised range of 7.5 to 24 dabs per spray.

Sorry about the brain fart - I\'ve been playin\' with the EW again...
