I just got NPA , I don\'t know how to use NPA on because its not roll on, to be effective? What is dab actually mean.
I also got SOE, how do i mix to make DD#1?

Put your finger over the dropper top, turn the bottle upside down, and of course turn the bottle rightside up. LOL The amount of NPA on your finger is a dab.
