The best way to get an understanding of pheromones is just to read this forum for a few weeks and check the pheromone reference material at the top of the page and the FAQ on the home page ( http://www.love-scent.com/faq-sheet.html (\"http://www.love-scent.com/faq-sheet.html\") )

Anyway, PI/m has worked for me and got me a few hits, i would recommend it. Products heavy on androstenone (like PI/m) are generally considered more suited to people around 30 and above, but i\'m 19 and am impressed by the reactions i\'ve got.

SOE is recommended too, i\'ve just started experimenting with it and seems to make everyone around me more chatty, flirty and calm.
