So, what\'s the big deal about signing the form? Are there liability issues with used products? Are they not as safe, since the solution might have touched the skin on another user?

Personally, I don\'t think there is any particular risk with the products. The products are probably fine. It\'s the lawyers I\'m worried about. I have used returned spray products myself, and my wife has a bottle of returned Realm she uses often. If I had a bottle of SOE, I might wash the ball top or throw it out, but other than that, I personally, wouldn\'t worry about it. Like I said, it\'s not real problems I am worried about; it\'s the imaginary ones. Back when I was first encouraged to sell them, we had a large discussion on the forum about how to handle the liability issue. It was suggested by board members that we go with a release form.
