sort of like broccoly, hate it when a child, taste changes and like it as an adult. After leaving home, a child no longer needs the anti-incest protection of disliking the parent\'s scent (or the different sex sibling either) Might even suggest that the change in scent preference might even keep the family (clan) connections strong between parents and *adult* children. I wounder what preferences children might have for GRANDparents.

Ive always thought (my opinion) that other pheromonal type scents come out of humans. It would be necessary to avoid faulty DNA. Same thing tends to work in nature so why not humans. I guess other compounds would be at work. The keep away sexually im a family member one.

ANother interesting thing, apparently there is a dead person pheromone (the smell a dead person gives off its been isolated and used by police officers and army personell to do their various shadow activities apprently it it helps increase ones ability to be somewhere and not be noticed ie couplins for men.

i think its something i read in this forum or somewhere else, that girls prefer partners/mates that have the same scent signiture/pheromones as their fathers. does anyone know more about this?

Yes, but, that\'s only when they AREN\'T ovulating, when they are ovulating they want DIVERSITY.
