I recently put 50 sprays of three colognes (Realm for Women, Jovan Musk2, and Coolwater) in separate dropper bottles. Just eyeballing the volume, 50 sprays of RFW and Musk looked to be about 2-3 ml, while 50 sprays of Coolwater looked to be twice as much! So, the volume from different spray bottles can be pretty different.
