Where do the Phero Kings get their Dropper Bottles? I\'ve got enough \"juice\" to make 5 different mixes, (first time mixing) but I can\'t seem to find the right bottles at local drug stores. Any Ideas? Online or otherwise?

exit63,

Sometimes health food stores that carry E-Oils or Aromatherapy supplies have dropper bottles.

Or, check here:

Thanks Oscar,

That\'s exactly what I\'m looking for.

Yes, that\'a a great site for getting dropper bottles. I ordered about 10 of them a while back. The company gives good customer service as well and ships promptly.

I found the extremely small bottles work great for me as they fit nicely in the pocket without being too bulky.

I found that besides using them for mixes, I at times will put some of my regular unmixed products in them...such as RM by itself, because it\'s easier to carry those tiny bottles around than the entire bottle that the original product came in.

Another alternative: http://www.essentialsupplies.com/glassdropper.htm (\"http://www.essentialsupplies.com/glassdropper.htm\")

This company has many different styles, including roll-ons, but they have larger minimum orders: http://www.sks-bottle.com/340c/fin12.html (\"http://www.sks-bottle.com/340c/fin12.html\")

are any of the pheros light sensitive so that we should get amber bottles?

I don\'t really know one way or the other about what\'s light sensitive. But, I noticed that both RM and AE from Stone Labs were in amber bottles, as well as APC...so I thought maybe it would be a good idea to just go with amber to make sure I\'m covered regardless of what I put in it.

NPA and Pi/m come both in blue bottles. But you\'re right protective amber is always good. I prefer blue, because they are looking much better and seem to do it well too.

Yeah,

I think I\'m gonna go with those cobalt blue ones. They look pretty cool.

the green bottles look pretty cool too, but I dont know if the wavelength of green is too big to protect the contents?

Bigger wavelengths are safer - the shorter, the more energetic. Blue light has shorter \"waves\" than red (or green).

What one has to worry about are \"actinic\" light - one\'s that can cause chemical reactions. The amber or brown glass is very effective in filtering out the actinic light rays. Blue glass is pretty but it needs to be dark blue to do the job by reducing the total actinic radiation.

Don\'t worry, dark blue is still better than clear.

I agree, but I mean that the green wavelengths are too big, thus letting higher frequency colors of light in.

Exit63, if you do a check through the archives via the search box at the top and type in my username, you´ll find a thread called `New Database for the forum club files´. This thread was dedicated to things like bottles and places to buy fragrances etc.

Cool! So, what\'s a tester rod or reducer cap?

truth,

A tester rod is a little ball-end applicator wand that fits into a recess inside the center of the cap.
A reducer cap is the dropper insert as found in PI or NPA bottles.
