Diluting NPA

Since I don\'t use a cologne..could NPA be diluted into water, then dabbed on skin? Would this cause it to evaporate off or would it work just fine?

I don\'t think water is a good idea. I heard of adding ethynol or some kind of alcohol to it, but then you would just have a batch of TE if you did this.

If you dont wear cologne then why did you buy NPA? Its basically useless without some kind of cover scent, i suppose you could mix it with some esential oils, or maybe a lotion. Definately not water though, iirc pheros dont really like water.
