Edge Bottle Leak

My Edge bottle came in the mail today. I noticed the scent as soon as I opened the package...then I noticed half of the bottle leaked out while shipping.

Can this be worked out? I didn't take the cap off so it is an unused bottle still.

Is leaking a common thing with bottles of Edge?
