Is it OK to barter -mones on the forums?

It is OK to make a thread for offering -mones for trade on the forums to then conduct the negotiations offsite? If so, where will it be OK to post such a thread?

I think we used to do this long ago in the Open Discussion section. You could start there and see how it goes.
