Coupon troubles

OK, yesterday I was

putting an order and used "newyear11" coupon to save some money. Everything worked fine, i got my discount but I

didn't close the order, I canceled it to do it later. Well when I tried to place the order later and use the coupon

it says I already used that coupon and can not use it again, even tho that order was not completed.

Can any

moderator help me out with this, am running low with my love potion?

Um..... I'll probably erase this

tip after you get it, but you might try using a different browser application. I think it just sets a cookie on

your browser.

I tried with another browser and

cleaned cookies also.Still this message:

"Our records show that you have used this coupon 1 times. You may not

use this code more than 1 times" :think:

OK, the problem is that when you

place an order to pay via PayPal and you don't confirm it, it stays "pending", but you can not go ahead and finish

it or cancel it completely. It shows Preparing [PayPal IPN]


That's what happened with my order #75840, it

correctly applied the coupon but since I didn't confirm it, now that order appear in "order history" but you can

not cancel it or finish it.

So how do you proceed in this case?

says US postal service, its the only reason I havent purchased SoE yet, because I want to mix it with the PI I

bought recently, I doesnt come up as an option only FedEx because im international :blink:
