Bruce, more forum problems...?

Hey Bruce I just tried to send you a PM but for some reason I got this message:
You are not permitted to send a private message to this member. Only forum leaders are currently permitted to recieve private messages.
This also happened when I tried to send a PM to someone else.

Besides the illogical content of the message, do you know whats going on?

Hi CJ,
I had to turn off the PM function and a few other features as well, because somebody broke into the forum using a string of phony registrations and started spamming members. I got a few of the messages fowarded on to me. They are pretty funny. You can contact me by e-mail anytime. Just click the e-mail icon at the top of any of my posts. Most board members can be reached that way.

F.Y.I. I have tried to e-mail a member but it is blocked. I have tried to e-mail my own addy but it is the same way.
