Discount code question

I'm looking

at buying a several items, including at least one of the super-combos. Is it possible to use the discount code and

have it only apply to the non-combo items? Or do I have to make a separate order with only the non-combo items for

it to work?

I'm trying to avoid paying multiple shipping charges.
