would start with Chikara on its own first, 1-2 sprays. You can increase the dose if you need to. After a week or

two of testing and seeing reactions, try a dab of Primal covered with a cologne or other scent. Take it very easy

with the Primal, its been reported that Asian women react negatively to -None products.
