Who to e-mail with product problem?

If we

have a problem with a product, are we supposed to mail Tammy now. I e-mailed Bruce twice in the last week of

December and did not get a reply. Now I don't know if he ever got the e-mail or not. Or maybe I'm supposed to

contact Tammy. Please advise.

Email Tammy - she deals with the

orders. She emailed me about my last order & I emailed her back. She dealt with the query that day. :)
