If I applied pure

natural Vanilla absolute as an attractant - what percentage dilution ratio in a carrier oil would be most effective?

e.g @5% dilution in a Vit E carrier oil ?

I applied the natural vanilla absolute neat in the skin but it

tingled a bit so I think it would be safer diluted.

I have no idea about the most effective dilution ratio.

Also, if I was to use e.g. @ 5% dilution in 10ml Vit E carrier oil that means 0.5ml of vanilla absolute. How

would I measure that easily?

Thanks.

Not a clue about dilution rations, but I do know you have to be careful

applying even "natural" products directly to your skin. Essential oils are one of the worse offenders I hear.

You may just have to wing it. Get a small bottle of carrier, and add whatever you are experimenting with a drop or

so at a time and see how it goes... (over time). Discover your own "working" ratios.

10% is a common dilution for

EOs, and is easy to work with. Measure 1 drop to 9 drops carrier. DrSmellThis is the resident expert, maybe he'll

see this and give any other pointers he may have ie use of vanilla.
