Mones and swimming?

So, spring/summer

are on their way, and I've been working out all winter. Six pack is nearly here, and I wanna show it off! Has

anyone had any experience with how well mones last through swimming? Lakes, pools, ocean?

Seems like they would

be at least diminished, right?

You could try putting them in

your hair and then keeping your head above water... I do know that they'll stay on somewhat even after I shower

(unless I scrub em off), but that's only like 10 minutes, and not fully submerged.
