Can I make a purchase and

request for unscented SoE and sample packs of specific product?

You can definitely get the unscented

SOE in the combos. Just say that clearly in the "comments" box when you order. You can request certain sample

packets too; not sure if that will work. Probably OK too.

I find that SoE that just arrived

has a very strong scent and gives me a lighthead. Can I exchange for the unscented one? What are the

conditions?

Just mail it back with a note that

you want to trade it for the UNscented. Technically, you can only do that one time. Occasionally we get somebody

running thru each and every product we sell, trading it in after using half, getting the next product, using that

one for a while, trading it in for the next in line etc etc. That doesn't work, but you can do it once no

problem.
