I just got some gel packs to go and since I've never been big on using them I was wondering

how much to wear. I have Chikara and TE.

How many sprays is there in one gel pack of Chikara?

What's a good

amount of TE?

If I recall from the old product info list it was

usually suggested that you aim for 1/4 to 1/2 a pack , but ...

That was for ther old packets and they may have

changed a bit

As usual: your results may vary. So it's back to square one. Experiment.

I had been using

about 1/4 to 1/2 per application. Got up to about 1 whole pack per app at one point. However I don't think I ever

had much luck with either. I seemed to do a bit bettter with AE (liquid) and Chikara spray versions. TE I never got

too far with... one of these days I should try again.
