Hi,
Very many clients insist that

we *not* enclose receipts for various reasons, and only rarely does the opposite happen, so we left it go long ago.

Customers do generally want the packages delivered to their own home rather than the neighbor's, so something went

wrong there. Sorry. The labels are printed directly from the entered information. Maybe the post-person screwed

up, or maybe the label got ripped. Both have happened over the years.
