Hey Bruce,

I just had a

quick question. I ordered last friday, and is it safe to assume it was supposed to ship Today?
I had recieved a

call from someone (ext 2709) about my payment (it was a prepaid mastercard I got from the grocery store lol). After

that was cleared, she says my order will arrive in 5-10 business days.

I'm pretty sure I picked the one that

says 2-5 Days. I was wondering which one is true (5-10, or 2-5) ?

Normally, it would go out today. If

there was a problem, it is possible it won't ship until tomorrow, but I'm guessing it went today. The 2-5 days is

a closer guess, but sometimes it can take a week; depends where you are. Generally 3-4 days is a good average.

They are probably trying to give you the conservative estimate.

For some reason, it is difficult to post on the forums. Sometimes after i hit submit, it loads

for a long time, then takes me to a blank page.

not sure if it's a site issue, or just firefox. Which is the

reason, I keep double posting (my apologies on that also).
