Over 3 weeks ago a friend who posts regularly on L-S forum was ripped off

after paying for some PHEROMONES, AND MORE products also. He has not even got emails back from his enquiries.

I will not mention the name of the bogus

pheromone sales site as it is not allowed.

I

also did email them several weeks ago to see what was going on and i also received no

email.

This poor Dutchman is now out of pocket

because of the theiving dealer that is still taking sales as normal.   :smite:

So

tell us, Terry ... what were the products your friend purchased? :sick:I

know one of the products that he did mention of about 3 was called Pour Me a Tan as this one stayed in my

mind.

I can

always email him for more details, as i did actually Instant message him thismorning when i seen him come on and i

asked if he had received anything at all.

He replied that he paid his money and has not even heard from them for over 3

weeks and also no products, despite constant requests for help he has been left high and dry.

I also did

email the shop on his behalf several weeks ago when he mentioned his loss, and i also received no answer.

You can tell who it is. The rule is clear, no links to competitive sites. Don't

use this site to slam somebody but if some site is ripping people off the facts help everybody. Be honest and fair

in your reporting and it will be fine.

fine.Yes belgareth the gentleman who was ripped of did email me on the 16

May regarding his payment for ordering of the assorted products which he placed on about the 9th

May.

I have

a copy of the email saved and if there are any doubts i can forward it to you if you had an email adress that i can

find as your home page is not displaying.

Everything i have stated is true and i have also advised the victim that i have

put a warning up here for forum members.

i have put a warning up here for forum

members.

What co. was it?

What

co. was it?I would come straight out and say who it was but under the forum

rules i am not permitted to do so.
One of the gentlemen who

moderates this forum is called " belgareth" in his reply to this post of mine in the beginning he has stated that i

have made it obvious who the company is, even so i have not displayed any adresses or business names for that

matter.

But the dealer is selling a large and rather extensive

range of what appears to be L-S products.

Either that or they

are very exact copies.

I dont consider it fair that a company

be doing these sneaky and theiving lowdown tactics and also failing to answer customers emails when the money has

been sent .

Like the poor bloke paid and ordered on about the

9th May and still has nothing, not even an email.

It is my

opinion that the company in mention may have changed ownership in the last few months.

Because they have dismantled their forum and merged with another

company.

But it is very obvious that they will still take

customers money.

They were reputable dealers in July 2006

because i received PPA and SOE from them.

And back then they

did answer emails.

Do tell Terry. Bel did say it was

okay to tell (see above). It's not the same thing as listing competitive links.

I think he did tell us, sort of in

coded form, no? Or maybe I do too many word puzzles. If it's who I think, I'm kind of surprised. He seems like

a pretty upright kinda guy. Also, I would need to get involved. There was someone on his forum lambasting LS; I

showed him the evidence, and he deleted the posts. Long time ago, but I should return the favor and check it out.

Anyway, T, could you email me the info when you get a chance?

I would come straight out and say who it was but under the forum rules i am not

permitted to do so. The forum rules do not say any such

thing. They say you cannot use this forum to slam others. Bruce has added further details but all we are trying to

do is prevent people from using the slimy tactics of using this forum to put down

others.

That is not what I said!! I said that the rule

was obvious. Please don't misquote me.

..didn't Terry put the

name in ALL CAPS in the initial post?

Anyway, Terry, why not direct your friend over to love-scent?

terry0400-40,

First of all,

this thread doesn't belong in Pheromone Discussion, and that's why it was moved.

Secondly, if your friend

is a regular poster here, why didn't HE post this? While your advocacy may be admirable, it reduces this issue to

"hearsay".

In the period of time that I did Customer Service for Love-Scent there were a few occasions that

someone would be absolutely LIVID about an undelivered order only to find out that THEY THEMSELVES had entered a

typo in their street address or postal code.
Additionally, quite a few times people would complain that they

hadn't received responses to email inquiries only to discover that their replies had been snagged by an email "junk

filter" without their knowledge.

There can be many reasons why an order or an email can go

undelivered.

The outfit that you're slamming here has done business for some time, and gets some of their

products through Bruce. Also, as Bruce mentioned above, an especially venomous attack on Love-Scent's Customer

Service was cordially deleted from that sites forum by its administrator when it was found to be ungrounded, so it

may be best for the person who has HIS OWN side of the story to tell does so without the use of an advocate.

I still don't get why "your friend" wouildn't be posting on HIS OWN behalf here. How about enlightening

me, please.

Oscar :)

Oscar :)Hi, well i can send you the emails that i received from the gentleman

that stated his order had been put in on around the 6th of May.

Even i did email the same place that did not

deliver or answer his emails and also i did not receive any reply,

If you give me an email adress i can forward

two of the emails i have received as i have deleted the first.

Also i think the gentleman who was ripped off may

be embarrased to mention it on the forum.

He actually told me that he was going to back my statements up on this

forum when i did email him last week, but unfortunatelly he has not done it i dont think.
