This body will grow

old, suffer ill-health and pass away.
There is no way to escape these things.

All that is dear to me will

change.
There is no way to escape being separated from these things.

My actions are my only true

belongings.
I cannot escape their consequences.
My actions are the ground on which I stand.

I've read dozens of Dharma books, and this is one of the best. Now I understand why those Tibetan Monks are always
