from using

pheromones on regular basis (06 days a week) for about a year now?

Do you think I should use them less or is it

OK?

Any advise, please let me know

I can't imagine that you get

any health problems by using pheromones for a long time. Everyone produces mones naturally, so your body shouldn't

have a problem with this stuff...

It's possible that changing

one's hormones, as pheromones do, could produce some unwanted effects, such as anxiety or something. There is

depressed mood with A1, for example.

I think that it is maybe wise to wash them off when you don't need them,

just to be extra safe; and also to take breaks of various kinds.

You just want to be aware that you are

affecting your own hormones somewhat.

This is also an argument for the "less is more" principle that many of us

believe in anyway.
