hey, can one of the moderators
please figure out why i can't post new threads?
when i make the thread and hit "post" or "submit" it shows a
blank page with the url, http://www.pherolibrary.com/forum/newthread.php
the thread never shows up. I
don't know why it's happening...i've tried mozilla firefox and ie, and both are doing this. I can post fine on a
real estate forum i visit, so it can't be my computer...
is there something going on that won't allow too many
new threads here?

smooth312,
I have no idea why
you can't start a new thread.
But the fact that you posted this same post three consecutive times in two
minutes, AND in the wrong forum, indicates that while your settings ARE allowing you to post, maybe you're hastily
or carelessly missing the reason why you're new thread isn't posting to the board.
Take your time and be
careful. Let that blank page sit a bit and see if your new thread might be taking a little time to load. Maybe the
server's running slow.
There aren't any "limits" on threads that I know of.
Oscar :)

^ lol at the 3 repeat posts.
I'm sorry about that I really didn't even know I was in this section of the forum. yeah, Okay, next time I'll be
more vigilent and patient.
thanks for clearing that up.

This has been a problem off and on
do to the large number of posts bulit up here. Since it makes it extremely difficult to start new threads, the way
I find out about the problem is by email reports, so nobody knows about it but me and the folks that experience the
problem first hand. In some cases (like smooth's problem) you get a message that the attempt to post has timed
out, but really the post has been recorded.
Normally, I run some maintenance scripts and the problem clears up
for a while. I had the problem this weekend however, and it wouldn't go away, so I consulted the vBulletin forums
and got a trick which seems to have fixed it.

I think we got it fixed now. We
were having some (subtle) server issues that we finally figured out. Yea! \0/ (that's my celebratory smilie)
